I left my appointment with more questions than what I came in with. I had been without a cycle for two months and was looking for guidance. I was just told birth control if not ttc, and if I am make changes to my lifestyle for PCOS management. This was my best healthcare experience. Dr. Sassie made me feel incredibly comfortable and listened attentively to my concerns throughout the visit. She was thorough and provided me with all the information I needed and what I did not know I needed. The nurse who drew my blood was also amazing; I barely felt the needle! Thank you, Dr. Sassie and staff, you all were exceptional!
I made my appointment back in July for a September appointment. Even took the day off of work since it’s far away and then as there was an accident I was running a bit late. Saw no mention of a late policy but I called and let them know I would be a bit late just to be told “the doctor isn’t seeing late patients today”??? I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zoe Pilares. She has such a warm bedside manner, took the time to answer all of my questions, and truly listened with empathy to my concerns. I felt cared for and understood throughout my visit.
