Dr. Borwokski is incredible just FYI but today was not a great experience at all. I was scheduled at 3pm got there promptly at 2:58pm. Waited half an hour and unfortunately was unable to be seen for an ultrasound. Upsetting for sure and hope this doesn't happen again. I took time off if work for this appointment and ultimately wasn't able to be seen at the scheduled time. Wish I was scheduled for 3:30 so I didn't have to take time off of work.
This practice absolutely failed me. I lost THIRTY pounds during my first pregnancy. Oh, and apparently that’s normal because I specifically asked about my weight loss and it was dismissed. Dr. DeSantis specifically asked why I was on HRT if I had a period? (gaslighting) She knows I’m in active perimenopause and had been voicing concerns about being on the wrong dosage and experiencing SEVERE symptoms. Everyone was very nice! Dr. Borkowski was excellent with both bedside manner and informative care. I got in quickly, got a plan in place, and feel much calmer after being seen. I'm excited to continue visiting the practice and Dr. Borkowski for my foreseeable future.
