The receptionist is terribly rude and condescending. Not the sort of welcome you want going in to see a doctor, especially not for this sort of doctor. We walked out. Time for new gynecologists rather than suffer that office staff again.
I have been going here for years usually seeing Dr. DiLullo for my gynecology visits, I absolutely love him! He never makes me feel uncomfortable and is always a pleasure to speak with. I recently just had a daughter and finally met all of the doctors in the office, Dr. Auerbach and Dr. Olivier are two of my other favorites from this office. I'm a bit older and was treated like I was elderly being pregnant. At the end of my pregnancy we got transferred which was a wonderful thing that I didn't deliver at this office. they told me they would no longer provide me with care because I declined optional services because I was older. I and my baby were in perfect health and they refused service. I have never in all my pregnancies or health care ever been refused service. Be careful going here!!
Business response:
All pregnant women that are over 35 years old are considered at an "advanced maternal age" and are treated the same. They all have the same tests and screenings recommended and ordered as suggested by American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists national guidelines. You will find this no matter which State you seek care.
