I have been Dr. Mortman's patient for almost two years now. Dr. Mortman has immaculate bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He always puts me right at ease and is patient with all of my questions. Office staff are efficient and compassionate. Scheduling and billing is always simple. Don't tell my other doctors, but this office is my favorite! I am very lucky to have Dr. Mortman and his staff.
Easy to schedule, personable staff. I switched to this office at 36 weeks pregnant and Dr. Mortman was great, he always made time for me and answered all my questions, which is hard to find these days with any medical practice let alone in an OB/GYN setting.
The staff there are very rude and inconsiderate they don’t take the patients needs seriously. This one staff when I called and asked to speak to a manger said we don’t play games here! Very rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! To them people are just a number there just there to collect there money and that’s it!
