Easy to schedule, personable staff. I switched to this office at 36 weeks pregnant and Dr. Mortman was great, he always made time for me and answered all my questions, which is hard to find these days with any medical practice let alone in an OB/GYN setting.
The staff there are very rude and inconsiderate they don’t take the patients needs seriously. This one staff when I called and asked to speak to a manger said we don’t play games here! Very rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! To them people are just a number there just there to collect there money and that’s it!
Absolutley the best practice ever ... I've been with Dr Jaffee and Dr Mortman since I was 14 years old and I've never been disappointed ... They treat their patients as if we are a family .. they go above and beyond for their patients they deserve 10 stars
