These negative reviews make me so sad! I see Dr. Summerall and LOVE him. He is kind and will take the time to listen and answer any questions. I just had my first visit in the Essex office and it went great. There was a younger woman at the front desk who was kind and helpful. Hopefully the person that earned them all these bad reviews is no longer there. My experience was great!

I’ve always liked this practice but whoever I spoke with on the phone at the Essex office was very unfriendly. I wouldn’t go as far as to say rude but not pleasant by any means. I work At the front desk for a doctors office and I would be reprimanded if I spoke to patients that way. The OBGYN isn’t the most comfortable place to go anyway so a friendly person on the phone when you’re making an appointment would be nice to hear.
The old lady at the front desk is very rude both in person and on the phone. Changing offices after one visit.
