I google online to check out and make appoinment.First time here I feel nervous，I am not speak very well with English(especial medical profession words）.The doctor on the phone help me translate the details very in patience.I don’t even know who is this lady. reception desk all the people they are very friendly.All the people let me fell safety. I recently had my first appointment with Rebecca Bennett, who is the first gynecologist I have seen besides the provider I’ve had since I was 15. Rebecca was so kind and brought such a safe space and I was comfortable asking the questions I had no matter how personal. The office staff was so friendly as well so from check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. Already they have proven that a patients care and wellbeing is their priority, and I am thankful I found this practice and Rebecca.
I am absolutely disgusted by this practice. I have been going there for over 12 years and when I was in tears, they would not see me. I will never go back there again! The front desk is rude and opinionated and the staff doesn’t care about their patients. This is my first negative review that I have ever written so you know it’s bad.
