I am absolutely disgusted by this practice. I have been going there for over 12 years and when I was in tears, they would not see me. I will never go back there again! The front desk is rude and opinionated and the staff doesn’t care about their patients. This is my first negative review that I have ever written so you know it’s bad.
I only came in for an annual exam as a new patient, but I had a very positive experience here. Everything was done very professionally, and I felt very comfortable.
Dr. Summerall is one of the best ob/gyns I've ever met. He’s very personable and is so patient. I had a million questions before delivering my son and after. He never once made me feel like any concern or question wasn’t important and explained everything to me. His experience and knowledge is profound in many aspects. When he was delivering my son he made me feel comfortable and cheered me on. I couldn’t ever thank him enough for being just simply kind and giving me a great birthing experience.
I love this practice. The staff and doctors was patient, knowledgeable and compassionate.
