Its a production to make an annual appointment. I keep getting told they will put me on a list to get a call when my doctors schedule is open around when Im due and it hasn't happened yet. I wind up calling multiple times until they finally can tell me the schedule is open to make an appointment. One year, I wound up calling 3 times to be told the schedule isn't open yet. New location is a pain. The check in process is way too long, my appointment was scheduled for a half hour ago I'm still waiting for my Dr. People who came in after me have been taken in before me. I went to the front desk to be informed she was running half hour to 45 minutes late. They didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know. So now she can call me and apologize for wasting my time. I'm walking out.
