My daughter and I both switched to this practice and we are very happy we did. My daughter saw Dr. Gonzalez and I saw Dr. Shah. Sarah, the woman at the front desk is professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Lee delivered my baby and was AMAZING! She took her time to personally get to know me and made me feel so comfortable. I was fortune to meet all the doctors and absolutely loved them.
I came here for the 1st time to see Dr. Johanna Lee and I had a pleasant experience from start to finish! I had essentially no wait time on a Monday afternoon. The front desk receptionist was quick and helpful. The medical assistant who took my vitals was nice. Dr. Lee was kind and took the time to get to know me. She also carefully explained things to my husband and me. I'll be recommending her to my best friend!
I love my doctor, Dr. John D. Frattarola. He is very thorough, gentle and patient. He makes sure to take his time explaining you every situation. The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because of the front desk staff. They are so unprofessional. I had an appt booked for today that I made made a month ago. I called before going because I found weird they never called me to confirm, just to find out they had never booked my appt.
