Would not recommend. Everyone always seems irritated and annoyed. Never once did I see the doctor for my ob appointments until the day I gave birth. It had to be one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had. I’m glad it was not my first baby because I would have been so stressed and confused.
I would recommend this obgyn. Staff was friendly and doctor was helpful and patient with all my questions.
I tried to make an appointment as a new patient with a referral. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude to me- I've never had to see a gynecologist for an issue and so I was nervous and trying to explain everything to her, but she was so dismissive of my concerns and kept interrupting me to give short answers or speak over me. I decided later that night to use the online portal they signed me up for to cancel the appointment, but I keep getting reminder emails for this appointment. It always takes multiple attempts to reach this location to schedule an appointment, ask questions, etc. I scheduled an appointment to review lab results. I arrived and was asked for my insurance card. I asked upon setting the appointment if my card was needed and I was told that it was not. I was told as long as the information had not changed that I was fine. The receptionist was extremely rude and accused me of having an attitude with her. I told her she started it.
