I showed up 5 minutes late for my already reschedule appointment (never should have opened the door for the elderly woman down the hall), and was rudely told that my appointment was cancelled and I’d have to reschedule. When I asked why, the front desk receptionist dismissively told me they had already moved onto the next patient and had a full schedule for the day. All because I was 5 minutes late.
