I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Women's Care practice. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The desk staff was friendly, as was the intake specialist who walked me back to the exam room. They were prepared, with all the paperwork from my initial visits to other care centers. All I can say about this Women’s Care facility is that it is completely misaligned with its name. Their phone system is, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating I have ever encountered. If you happen to miss their call, you are essentially out of luck—you will never be able to reach the person who called you. Every other representative will tell you they have no idea why you were contacted. You are repeatedly dropped into an endless automated phone system that leads nowhere. From my initial scheduling call to check out, everything was smooth & easy. The staff was excellent. Dr. Solomon was very knowledgeable, patient & explained everything thoroughly. The ultrasound tech was so sweet!! The day after my appointment didn't hesitate to recommend Women's Care & Dr. Solomon when another woman was looking for a gynecologist.
