Doctors are great but front office staff seems to be a mess. I’ve been over charged and they have had issues scheduling. (Being told there’s one time open in a given week) Everytime I have an afternoon appointment it’s 100 times worse and I wait 30 minutes or more past my appointment for a 3 min doc visit. Getting towards the end of my pregnancy and it’s getting extremely frustrating how much time I’m wasting sitting in a waiting room.
Please enable a chat function on your website or hire more people customer service representatives. This morning I was in line on the phone for 40 minutes, to then be placed on hold for another 10 minutes and the call dropped. I am now waiting on hold again for 45 minutes in the middle of the work day to get one question answered.
The provider Alex Johnson was great and all of the staff I interacted with were kind. Unfortunately, the front and/or back office staff seem to be highly unorganized. I had an appointment with Alex Johnson who explained she does not perform the type of procedure I need. Not a problem, but I clearly indicated the type of procedure I need when scheduling the appointment. Why would the office schedule me with a provider who cannot provide the service I need?? I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Women's Care practice. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The desk staff was friendly, as was the intake specialist who walked me back to the exam room. They were prepared, with all the paperwork from my initial visits to other care centers. This is the best part. Summer Price is a breath of fresh air! Not stodgy like other practitioners in her field. She really listened to my concerns and talked through them.
