I went in for a routine exam that was supposed to be covered 100% by insurance. I ended up being charged over $600 and was told it was my fault for not knowing it wouldn't be covered (which it should have been). I got sick of arguing it and getting no where, so they told me I could pay in installments, and then they sent me to collections with no warning 2 weeks after I made a payment.
This practice understands and supports adult women’s health thru their life. I have confidence in the practitioners knowledge, experience, skill in managing my gyn needs, especially as a senior and use of HRT. They have taken the time to learn and understand what our bodies need post menopause.

I was treated with respect and dignity from the time I hit their front door til I left their practice. I was in and out in less than hour and I highly recommend Women's Care!
Doctors are great but front office staff seems to be a mess. I’ve been over charged and they have had issues scheduling. (Being told there’s one time open in a given week) Everytime I have an afternoon appointment it’s 100 times worse and I wait 30 minutes or more past my appointment for a 3 min doc visit. Getting towards the end of my pregnancy and it’s getting extremely frustrating how much time I’m wasting sitting in a waiting room.
