The entire experience at this GYN practice was amazing.
I was reminded today I left a Women’s Care during my pregnancy 3 years ago. Despite their name they don’t actually care. My PCP sent over a referral on 09/12/2025. Never got a call. I call to schedule. Lady on the phone to schedule treats me like I’m stupid because I don’t have a specific doctor name and tells me how “there’s over 200 providers.” Yet she couldn’t just schedule me with 1. Dr. Melanson is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Extremely patient and validating. I think as women, we have all had the experience of a doctor dismissing us- not her. She takes the time to listen and ensure that you are taken care of. I have been to 3 of their locations (Baptist, Nocatee, and Southpoint). The nocatee and south point locations are by far superior in terms of reception so I would recommend scheduling there!
