The front office staff that handles the phones are rude, the providers push IUDs on women even though you made it clear you don’t want 1. I have 1 child why would I want a IUD also even if I had no children it’s my body once I said NO the discussion should have been over.
Anna Finley was wonderful and a pleasant professional who completed my exam. The facility is state of the art. I definitely recommend Women's Care.
Absolutely love my obgyn Sharon desmarais. However the way the billing is handed from woman’s care is an absolute nightmare. Patient portal is broken can’t see any prior bills or statements. App doesn’t work but via the web portal it semi works. Updating that Woman’s care did reach out to me to resolve the billing situation.
The front office staff were very unprofessional and came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. They did not seem to enjoy their roles, and the level of customer service provided was disappointing. A more positive and professional attitude would greatly improve the overall experience.
