I’ve had an amazing experience at rock center! Everyone is so encouraging, especially Monica. She looks out for everyone, modifies the workouts depending on your own personal goals and checks in with you on the daily. I am happy I made the choice to come here because I have a personalized meal plan I can follow to help me reach my goal, and coming here everyday makes me feel more energized and confident. I recommend everyone who’s looking to gain weight, lose weight or to just stay toned to come here!
