I’ve had an amazing experience at rock center! Everyone is so encouraging, especially Monica. She looks out for everyone, modifies the workouts depending on your own personal goals and checks in with you on the daily. I am happy I made the choice to come here because I have a personalized meal plan I can follow to help me reach my goal, and coming here everyday makes me feel more energized and confident. Amazing workouts helped me lost a lot of weight for my graduation
This is a perfect place for weight loss with good diet and excellent exercises teach by the trainers all staff members are very nice and down to earth. I really appreciate their patience with me because i was very slow in the beginning I almost take breaks after every 30 sec. But nowadays i am lot stronger than before i have good strength than before its little change but i did because of Nitika and Monika.
