The wait is horrific everytime, like an hour plus after your scheduled time. She does not describe what is being done to you, overall horrible experiences. Would NOT recommend.
I went in requesting birth control, and I had never before had an exam before. The doctor did not tell me what she was doing when she did it so it was very uncomfortable. In addition I am a type one diabetic this doctor berated me for being overweight and not eating healthy, I don't mind getting advice, but she made it seem like i was stupid. If I could rate my experience with 0 stars, I would. The office staff is incredibly disorganized. Dr. Kansal is neither gentle nor friendly. I had a specific health issue question that I informed both the medical secretary and the doctor about. Not only was my question not answered, it was basically ignored. During my exam, Dr. Kansal never explained what she was about to do or why she was doing it. It was a very rough and painful examination.
