Pésimo,más de 9 horas en sala de espera con mi esposa y siguen llegando personas y las atienden primero… realmente el servicio es ineficiente
Increíblemente e venido en varias ocasiones al área de emergencia y me e dado cuenta que el tiempo de espera es demasiado excesivo, 8 horas en sala d espera,llegan pacientes que pasan antes que quien llega primero,como si por no estar embarazada no tuviéramos urgencia,no lo veo justo,pensé que era de los mejores hospitales pero al parecer terminó siendo el más pobre en calidad para los pacientes.horrible servicio y para colmo la pobre asistencia de la enfermera del turno nocturno.
I threw up like 15-20 times over a few hours at like 3am and decided to come to women and infants er cuz I’m 19 weeks pregnant. I got in through triage very quickly, and I got called back to a bed very shortly afterwords. Great especially for a busy night. I was surprised at how soon they saw me, as usually RI Hospital takes hours even if you are actively throwing up in the waiting room. If you want to wait 3 hours in a nearly empty waiting room while actively bleeding and spend $6.00 for parking absolutely go here. It’s like watching an episode of the Twilight Zone but worse. If the staff put down their cell phones and actually communicated to create an efficient triage system, something might get accomplished here. Needless to say I ended up walking out.
I’m from out of town and they took really Good care of me and made sure I was okay and had everything I need waiting time was medium long but still got seen forever greatful! Thank you
