My mom is a cancer patient and I have to bring my mother to Women & Infants Emergency every 4 days. Each visit takes about 8 hours, even when the situation is urgent. Imagine sitting there for 8 hours after working all day, while also having children at home. The last visit, I politely asked a nurse: "I know you are very busy and under a lot of pressure, but I’ve been here since 6 p.m. and now it’s midnight. I left my son at home with a fever. La atención es fatal fui por un dolor de cabeza con fiebre y dolor de oidos, mis oidos tapados de agua y con una molestia sumamente orrible y llegué a las 10:30 de la noche y eran las 3 de la mañana y ni me habían atendido ni me dieron nada para el dolor tuve que irme. Eso es horrible no tienen buen servicio🙂
Avoid. The waiting room in the ER was empty but I still waited 6 hrs to be seen. All they did was an ultrasound and bloodwork and charged a ridiculous amount of money. They even added an emergency room charge. (For waiting in the hallway for 6hrs). Nurses are very unprofessional, they are slow and chat with each other while you are sitting next to them bleeding in top of that employees at that host up tak do not communicate with each other, I wa stood To get blood work and that I didn’t need a referral. I have to say this is the worst er my wife was there last night and waited for about 4 hours and was not call back to a room or seen the doctor I don’t recommend go to the er at night you will sit there in pain for hours until the morning shift come in
