i’ve tried to contact them multiple times in two weeks and i keep getting sent to the automated system that says “the party you are trying to reach is not available to take your call” or some bullcrap like that…yall need to do better at answering your phones. i’ve tried calling morning and afternoon this is ridiculous.

Just transferred from this office to our pcs location. In our paperwork they put “inappropriate nutrition practices for children” My son is autistic and has a very limited diet and will scream if he is offered anything else. Parents of autistic children already have a difficult time you dont need to make it any worse.

Absolutely horrible I was supposed to have an over the phone appointment and instead of informing me with everything that I needed they just shut my benefits off because the staff did not do their job correctly. Highly unprofessional and did not want to help at all because they’re lazy at their job

I don’t ever leave reviews but it’s so insane to me, I called 3 times over the last two/three weeks and left a voicemail for them but they refuse to pick up the phone and refuse to even give me a call back. For military members, I’m shocked that nobody even has the decency to do their job and make a simple phone call back, that’s all.
