The new patient coordinator is rude and ignorant. Clearly lacks basic customer service skills, which is unacceptable for someone in her position. Reaching her is a nightmare. She never answers the phone and repeatedly claims she calls back and leaves voicemails, yet I never receive any messages. Interestingly, I have no issues receiving calls or voicemails from anyone else. Women And Infants Breast Health Clinic HONESTLY :_saves lives, it is a safe place for individuals to go for cancer diagnosis, blood disorders, IT'S A PLACE WE CAN GO TO FEEL BETTER AGAIN & it honestly happens extremely fast .... THEY PUT PATIENTS FIRST (DR GASS) etc they also are teaching OUR medical students the NEWEST TECHNOLOGIES that are used to treat/cure cancer and etc. I am grateful for WOMEN AND INFANTS BREAST CLINIC AND DOCTORS LIKE DR.JENNIFER GASS
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on March of 2020 and due to Covid I could not have my surgery until May of 2020, which due to what was going on around the world I totally understood.. I was supposed to be on a 5 year follow up having a mammogram once a year and an MRI once a year due dense breast tissue. The doctors Gass & Sikolve and PA’s were great, however their support staff is horrible! Unfortunately by year 3 my MRI orders were slipping thru the cracks along with my mammograms.. Breast health center has submitted a fraudulent bill to Blue Cross and I have been trying to fix it for over 8 weeks now. I have filed a complaint with Blue Cross and are waiting to hear back. In the mean time an administrator from the breast health center Christy Murry has yet to call me to handle this issue and they have sent me past due notices for my copay on a bill that should have never been billed to my insurance.
