I was diagnosed with breast cancer on March of 2020 and due to Covid I could not have my surgery until May of 2020, which due to what was going on around the world I totally understood.. I was supposed to be on a 5 year follow up having a mammogram once a year and an MRI once a year due dense breast tissue. Breast health center has submitted a fraudulent bill to Blue Cross and I have been trying to fix it for over 8 weeks now. I have filed a complaint with Blue Cross and are waiting to hear back. In the mean time an administrator from the breast health center Christy Murry has yet to call me to handle this issue and they have sent me past due notices for my copay on a bill that should have never been billed to my insurance.
