Mariah has been an outstanding personal fitness coach. For years I’d been a runner and did not pay much attention to making my overall muscles stronger. I started my fitness journey with Marie about four months ago. As someone new to the gym, I felt anxious before my first session—but that anxiety quickly disappeared! I have learned so much in my time doing both personal training and open gym at women in strength. Both Kelsey and Mariah are so knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out how to reach your goals. It is also just an overall really positive and empowering environment. Highly recommend!
