Really dissatisfied with the organization of appointments, EVERY SINGLE appointment I was always told they are behind time and I am sitting waiting for at least an hour before my actual appointment time ! Getting onto them is always a task via over the phone and/or their portal … several attempts are to be made before someone reaches out.

Honestly I started with Dr.Bell when I was 17 and was switched to Dr.Duncan afterwards which are two great doctors. I’m well in my mid 30’s I should tell you at very minimum I try to deal with this office due to staff especially the office manager. I understand there’s appointments well out months away for annual just to get an evening however I decided to switch office time been overdue due to staff attitude. Let's start with: I've been a patient at this practice since I was a teenager - and I am now 40. I've been seen by many practitioners over the years (Doctors and NPs included), however, this review highlights the care that I've specifically been receiving from Dr. Nicole Smizer over the last 4 years.
