The experience I’ve had with the staff at this facility has been great. I’m giving a 3 star review though bc I want to change providers bc it is SO DIFFICULT to make an appt here. You can leave a voicemail for them to call you back & they have called back but you end up playing phone tag back & forth. I’m a night shift worker so I don’t have a lot of opportunity during the day to answer the phone bc I’m sleeping. I wish their operator system would allow you to just wait for someone to answer instead of sending to voicemail. ... read more

VERY long story short: in August, I had to get labs done twice because of an error that the office made and I was told I would not be charged twice. I was charged twice and it is now December and I have been fighting this charge ever since. I was told by the office manager in October that she called the billing department and told them to wipe the charge. I just came here and had a check up done. The ladies who work here were very kind and understanding. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about stuff. Great experience.
