I was thoroughly impressed by this location. I was in the waiting room for maybe one minute and was promptly taken back to a clean room by a friendly face. All of the staff were great and I really liked Melanie Myers. She listened, which is so very important (and rare) these days. When I get a good doc, I am first in line to give them kudos. I will keep coming back here. It made an otherwise unpleasant yearly visit not so scary because the staff were so upbeat.
The experience I’ve had with the staff at this facility has been great. I’m giving a 3 star review though bc I want to change providers bc it is SO DIFFICULT to make an appt here. You can leave a voicemail for them to call you back & they have called back but you end up playing phone tag back & forth. I’m a night shift worker so I don’t have a lot of opportunity during the day to answer the phone bc I’m sleeping. I wish their operator system would allow you to just wait for someone to answer instead of sending to voicemail. ... read more
VERY long story short: in August, I had to get labs done twice because of an error that the office made and I was told I would not be charged twice. I was charged twice and it is now December and I have been fighting this charge ever since. I was told by the office manager in October that she called the billing department and told them to wipe the charge.
