This place is a disgrace and the physician's are a joke. Their first line of treatment is hysterectomy and they disregard the many minimally invasive options available. You are doing yourself a great disservice if you are facing fertility issues and/or AUB and other uterine problems. They do not care.
As a patient at this office and also as a family practice physician, in my opinion, this is the most incompetent, uncaring and unprofessional office, staff and a group of providers I have ever been to or worked with. This office and their staff and providers do NOT care about offering their patients a good quality of care. Previously with PIWH and had to switch due to insurance. UPMC for OB is extremely disappointing. They cancel appointments half hour beforehand and route your calls around forever. Don't switch unless you have to.
They are never in office, leave half an hour early and require you to come in office to fill out a form for insurance approval instead of just sending it to the portal. It's been impossible tryi g to fill out this form, what a disappointment that a place titled women's first could care less about the wellbeing if women.
had a horrible experience for my first IUD placement at this office and was calling to speak with a nurse/provider to ask questions prior to making an appointment for replacement. Not sure if who I spoke to was a nurse or provider but she was very rude and condescending. Completely belittled my concerns about the procedure and was very insensitive so will be looking for another practice for further care! highly recommend against using this practice.
