had a horrible experience for my first IUD placement at this office and was calling to speak with a nurse/provider to ask questions prior to making an appointment for replacement. Not sure if who I spoke to was a nurse or provider but she was very rude and condescending. Completely belittled my concerns about the procedure and was very insensitive so will be looking for another practice for further care! highly recommend against using this practice.
I usually go to one on Union Deposit but had an emergency and went here! I don't know why Everytime I come to the gyno the first thing they say is STDs! Was having pelvic pain, instead of being smart I just got tested! They called me almost a week later with the results, which I already knew were negative from the portal! So I went for an ultrasound to see if IUD was in place and see if they could find out why I was having pain! Was told the ultrasound would take 2 weeks to view! TWO WEEKS I am in pain now! Was dismissed by Heather a few years ago when I needed my hormones tested. Would not recommend this place
I was referred here by my PCP for birth control. When I arrived, they made me take a pregnancy test which made sense since I was getting birth control (or so I thought). The midwife was running behind and after finally getting to see her, she could not seem less interested. All she did was give me a pamphlet about the birth control, didn't go over anything with me, and sent me on my way. She told me if I was interested I could call the office to set up an appointment... If I could give 0 stars I would. Should have read the reviews before making an appointment here. Kristina is rude and argumentative and clearly doesn’t like to admit when a mistake is made. I was hung up on by her then when I called back for the manager she was just as rude. All I asked for was a pre with sent to insurance for a prescription and they sent it to the wrong place. Every other department, billing, pharmacy etc had the correct information but not the doctor office. Instead of admitting they had an error somewhere... read more
