I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. I was having issues, and they did not listen or help resolve anything. They were condescending and gaslit me regarding the pain and symptoms I was experiencing. I specifically asked them if my issues could be stemming from endometriosis and was shrugged off without any consideration. I ended up in the urgent care with a cyst the size of a grapefruit and finally received a diagnosis from a professional gyno clinic who took my concerns seriously and investigated my issues. Super annoying when im trying to call cause i cannot find the building and cant get ahold of anyone. Wasted my time.
I had 36 W appointment yesterday with Kathryn White MD. I found her very unprofessional and likes to be in control is what really matters to her. The MA who took my BP first/2nd time was very sweet but she needs additional training for proper BP placement on the brachial artery and not on the deltoid muscle. When I noticed the 1st reading was sky high, I requested a 2nd time BP to be taken. Still sky high for my personal BP before and DURING my pregnancy.
