I’ve been a very long time patient. One week before my annual appointment I get a call that DR Kelsey Webb is no longer doing women annual visits so if I want to stay at the practice I need to see a nurse practitioner. I was planning on switch next year since it was so close to my yearly appt due to issues with the front office staff but now I am switching asap! The office staff is also rude (especially the office manager) and act like it is a problem that I call with questions or concern’s.
