Unpleasant front office at Women First. I would hesitate to work with them based on my interaction today. I called this morning to follow up with a call I made on Friday. I noted on Friday that I was not an existing patient. The person I spoke to said that someone would call back Monday to follow up with questions. The person I spoke to took my insurance. Yesterday I had my yearly visit, the staff starting from Front Desk to Medical Assistant were pleasant, respectful and graceful. I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was additionally pleasant and interested whether I had any concerns/problems! Thank you all for being kind! Best Regards!!!!!!
I went to see Ashley today and she was so welcoming and kind. She took time to chat with me and help me to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her.
