After three days of intense labor, my daughter had to have a C-section. My other daughter and I went to the waiting room only to be mishandled by the old receptionist named Ronda. She informed us upon approach that we had to wait downstairs. As we stood to gather our belongings, my daughter asked what the difference was between upstairs waiting and downstairs waiting.
