The reception and nurse are welcoming and kind. The public space is more like a living room, low lighting and beautifully decorated. Dr Pam Quatermass who has been both mine and my mother’s doctor is an exceptional physician who takes her time to get the patients entire profile. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable, extremely professional and shows genuine empathy towards her patients. Your health and wellbeing will be in great hands…..
I had an unpleasant experience here to say the least. I am shocked by the way I was spoken to by the staff as I asked about the cost of the consultation and said I wouldnt be able e to pay for it and I will not be returning. I am glad I cancelled my appointment right there as given by my first impression in reception, meeting and having an appointment with the gynaecologist wouldn't have helped anything at that point. Great experience with Dr Pam Quatermass. She is a considered, thorough doctor who takes the time to truly listen and look at the full picture: blood work, hormone levels, medications, and deficiencies — rather than viewing results in isolation. After other GPs dismissed my iron levels as normal for years, Dr Quatermass looked more carefully and recognised I actually needed an iron infusion in additionto other medical help.
