I just found out they closed as well when I called for my mammogram appointment they told me the practice closed. Does anyone who got the letter know how it was sent or was it not sent out and only placed on their door. Seems very weird and sad that we weren't' contacted.

I am heartbroken over this closing. I have been a patient at this practice for well over 30 years and a patient of Dr. Loh for over 20! I never received a letter via email or mail about this. I think a personal phone call to those of us forever patients would have been nice; but I received nothing. Can the person or anyone reading this that received one say if it was sent via mail or email?

This office seems to have shut down. I had an appointment for tomorrow and called to confirm the time. They are no longer in business. I was not notified and neither was my sister who was also a patient. After over 25 years as a patient, I would have expected someone to at least call me or send me a letter about the closing of the office. Someone posted a letter they received online and it looks like it was dated late April 2022. Very disappointed.
