One of the people you have working on the phone is so rude. Constantly gives me attitude whenever I call and hangs up on me. I also keep getting misdirected to this office whenever I have an appointment so clearly something needs to be fixed - but more importantly your receptionist needs to be nicer as people with chronic illnesses and real problems are calling. No need to be mean to people just trying to receive medical care! Thanks
The fact that I am rating this place one star is generous, considering I have never even been inside. I've tried to get appointments multiple times and each time the date approaches closer I get cancalled on. It's happened 3 times now. I am so fed up, I'm writing this review even though it's most likely going to change nothing. They even scheduled one appt on my birthday with zero consideration, only for me to have it moved to a month later than get cancelled, AGAIN and I called to reschedule thay claimed they have never hea... read more

I’ve been running out of options for a chronic condition so I spent months on a waitlist for the W&I urogyn clinic. The doctor who saw me kept suggesting that I wasn’t actually experiencing what I thought I was even though I have clinical evidence of something happening. The doctor dismissed my concerns and didn’t help me understand the root cause of why I kept running into this problem.
