Dr Sung and her staff at W&I Urogynecology are amazing. I have had continuous problems this summer. They have been very thorough and supportive throughout the treatment. The doctor as well as nurses have been very accessible and complete in their explanations. The empathy and concern has been very reassuring. I would highly recommend this practice.
One of the people you have working on the phone is so rude. Constantly gives me attitude whenever I call and hangs up on me. I also keep getting misdirected to this office whenever I have an appointment so clearly something needs to be fixed - but more importantly your receptionist needs to be nicer as people with chronic illnesses and real problems are calling. No need to be mean to people just trying to receive medical care! Thanks
The fact that I am rating this place one star is generous, considering I have never even been inside. I've tried to get appointments multiple times and each time the date approaches closer I get cancalled on. It's happened 3 times now. I am so fed up, I'm writing this review even though it's most likely going to change nothing. They even scheduled one appt on my birthday with zero consideration, only for me to have it moved to a month later than get cancelled, AGAIN and I called to reschedule thay claimed they have never hea... read more
They are very knowledgeable and caring. Fantastic for women.
Very helpful , knows the woman's body , listens and explains . Good staff .
