I just got home with my baby a few hours ago and my whole experience (2nd time birthing here) was absolutely amazing and I felt so safe with my baby. My nurse who helped during my c section was so amazing and my night nurse (Haylee) was so accommodating and helpful I had to request her for both nights because I loved her that much. Also my nurse on my last day (Monica) was so sweet and helpful!!! I’m so pleased and feel so supported!
Horrible services. One of the Charge RN, was making fun of us. So disrespectful. If the management want contact me I will give you the name of the person.
The nurses were very attentive and caring. I would have been able to give them 5 stars. The biggest problem that I had was the consideration of the cleaning staff. Why would they come through the halls after 9:30pm with the robot that mops the floor like it’s quiet and won’t wake babies up. I would think if logic was used, they wouldn’t be loud in the hallways of a labor and delivery unit that late at night.
We had our baby at the women and infant pavilion and it was an amazing experience. Joya was our labor and delivery nurse and she was so great best nurse we’ve ever had! Dr Santos was absolutely the best as well! Thank you all!
