I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service from Womble/Pella of Oklahoma City. Cole McCord was our rep and he was just awesome to work with. I am part of a team that is working on restoring an old school building and almost nothing has been easy, but the one bright shining spot is our windows. The windows look fantastic, but even more refreshing was the excellent customer service. Anytime I has a question or needed something, it was taken care of immediately and professionally. Great windows, but not cheap.
We built our home with Pella windows from the Womble Company in OKC. Recently, due to a near-by home explosion from a gas leak, our back French doors were damaged beyond repair. Naturally we called Pella for help. Matt Berry, our sales rep, helped us select a replacement door; this time a slider. The installer did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.
