My experience was nothing, but amazing! From receptionist to ultrasound technician everyone was very friendly, personable and professional. Doctor Shilad listed to our wishes and did his best to accommodate without compromising on what he felt is the safest approach for me and the baby. Having Ann Marie as our doula was one of the best decision we made! She was with us every step of the way! Her advices and warm attitude made our daughter’s delivery smooth and magical. Thank you so much! We’ll be back with baby #2 :)

Wombkeepers has an incredible team that welcomes you warmly. The office itself is warm and inviting instead of your traditional office setting. The staff are attentive and easy to reach, as well as very personable. Stephanie, the midwife, is knowledgeable and so relatable as a new mom. I cannot thank her enough. Dr Shilad is a true superstar. He was incredible during my pregnancy and during delivery. My husband and I are so grateful for all of the care he provided and highly recommend him. We also cannot say enough about Ann... read more

I had a scheduled 10:15am surgery scheduled with Dr. Shalid, he left me waiting in pre-op for five hours before I walked out. I'll let readers of this review form their own opinion around this, but for my part, I found it inexcusable and inhumane.

The indication on the medical record for the c-section was "macrosomia" and "oligohydramniosis." I was told I should not do something I would regret and that her BPP looked "very bad." I was told I needed a c-section, that my placenta was failing, and that she was in "bad shape." Yet her score on BPP was 8/8 and amniotic fluid volume was "low normal." She was born 8 lbs and 3 ounces. Should I have advocated for myself? Of course. But my husband wasn't permitted in the appointment, 6 months into COVID. I was alone. Plus - bei... read more

Simply stated, I cannot say enough positive things about Wombkeepers. The office is clean, comfortable, updated, and welcoming. The phone is promptly answered by Noelle who pleasantly schedules appointments in a timely manner and thoughtfully answers questions/concerns with you as a person, not just a patient in a sea of patients, in mind. Noelle is also the smiling face you see at the front desk when you walk in which just adds to the already welcoming and caring environment. Dr. Shilad is a phenomenal doctor and provides t... read more
