Dont even waste your time at this office i had an appointment at 3pm for a consult and wasn’t called in till 4pm. there is 2 girls doing front desk and they were super unprofessional, giggling and laughing and pointing at every patient walking by. And one of the girls at front desk called me up saying my insurance is inactive but it wasn’t, she said she put in the wrong member ID and didn’t even apologize. This place is very unprofessional. Highly unprofessional, they wouldn’t give you a clear answer on anything that’s going because apparently they never know exactly what’s going. Left me and fiancé stranded on the day of delivery, never acknowledged our text about coming into the hospital because we were in labor, mind you she was also in the hospital when we arrived & didn’t bother to stop by and say hello and announce that she won’t be the one delivering the baby, we found out on our own at last minute.
