Please avoid with all cost. If I’d have gone to a different OBGYN, she may have not ignored the fact I was in full blown labor. I had my baby at 24 weeks and it could have been prevented. I refuse to pay for my pregnancy failure & 8 years later, duly won’t see me for endometriosis because of “my childbirth debt” (I gave birth at CDH Northwestern because they have a high level NICU..) that they don’t even know about. They can’t tell me what the $1700 I owe is for.
Dr. Acuna attempted to deny me birth control when I was 24 years old. I don't appreciate doctor's who impose on individual autonomy. This practice also charged me for a lab test when I was assured I would not be billed. They are misguided.
