This place is awful I used to go to the main location in the med center but I got tired of making that drive so I started going to this place two years ago it's impossible to get an appointment the staff is unorganized. The first time I went I had to fill out a ton of paperwork only for them to say they didn't need the paperwork because they found me in the system. This has to be the worse doctors office ever. The communication is horrible and it’s so hard to reach someone. Do not come here!!
The office and administrative staff were difficult to work with from the beginning. They canceled my appointment a week in before due to scheduling issues, despite the fact that I had booked it two months prior. While the appointment itself went fine, there was no follow-up afterward regarding the routine blood work. After several attempts to contact the office, I discovered they had been using the wrong email address—something I had specifically asked them to correct during the appointment. The front desk was good, the nurse was sweet and understanding and the Doctor was phenomenal! I was really nervous and wasn't sure of the procedures but the doctor addressed all of my concerns, gave me options and listened intentionally. She described everything she was doing and put me at ease. A true oasis of a gynecologist; I truly look forward to going back to her!
NOPE just look for another OBGYN office , they dot return calls they just tell you theyll call you back and HANG UP ! Saw Dr. Alejandra Vega once for a checkup and birth control that it was supposedly arriving at this location NEVER recieved a call back & went back just for them to tell me my INSURANCE had to give me a call for me to approve the BC like WHAT I was NEVER told this the firs time , gave them a chance and went back thats when the Dr “placed” the order again told me again to wait my insurance call to confirm the ... read more
