I had a terrible experience at Women’s Health in the Heights. Communication was awful from start to finish. It took too long to get someone on the phone, receive callbacks, and get test results. The staff was not friendly, and the whole process has been extremely frustrating. I am stuck in the middle between them and the MRI facility. This place is awful I used to go to the main location in the med center but I got tired of making that drive so I started going to this place two years ago it's impossible to get an appointment the staff is unorganized. The first time I went I had to fill out a ton of paperwork only for them to say they didn't need the paperwork because they found me in the system. This has to be the worse doctors office ever. The communication is horrible and it’s so hard to reach someone. Do not come here!!

The office and administrative staff were difficult to work with from the beginning. They canceled my appointment a week in before due to scheduling issues, despite the fact that I had booked it two months prior. While the appointment itself went fine, there was no follow-up afterward regarding the routine blood work.
