Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive staff. All I wanted was to get a simple shot a year ago. When I scheduled a lab test, I still had to wait over 30 minutes in the reception area—even though I had an appointment. The staff checked me in but never told me when I could go in, despite clearly seeing me waiting and everything being ready. DR. GOODPASTURE , is just amazing ! Kind ,caring and has a listening ear, never rushes me out even with her busy schedule and explains all my concerns thoroughly. I couldnt ask for a better Doctor. I recommend her highly! Staff is great and friendly.
I typically see Priddle who is amazing, but today I saw Diane Wendelken and she was amazing. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she is very empathetic and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for the care I received!
Second update now that I'm further along... I'm currently 26 w pregnant and this place is AMAZING. I've needed multiple sonograms and the nurses always been so patient and thorough. They're all very informative as well. Very pleased with this place and the staff. You can tell that they actually care for you and your baby. Will update again sometime after baby arrives...
