I went here seeking help. My provider did not listen to me or take my concerns seriously and didnt even book a follow up appointment after scheduling an ultrasound.Didnt look up from the computer the whole time. Ended up having to go to the ER with a 5.6cm hemorrhagic cyst and my IUD was broken in pieces. My provider did nothing to ease ny concerns. I was in so much pain. She even suggested maybe it was put in wrong. I got my IUD at this office. Never go here if you want to be listened to and taken seriously.
This is the most racist hospital I’ve ever been to they don’t even try to hide their racism. I had an appointment today and I didn’t even get seen Katie in her medical assistance hemi waiting in a room me and my husband waiting for an hour and a half waiting for someone to do their job. Getting on the phone with anyone is a chore and then once you do, they will do the bare minimum to get you off the line and rudely cut you off. I have been trying to get my medical records for months transferred over to my new hospital with no luck. When I was pregnant, it would take days for me to get a call back about a medical question.
