This is the most racist hospital I’ve ever been to they don’t even try to hide their racism. I had an appointment today and I didn’t even get seen Katie in her medical assistance hemi waiting in a room me and my husband waiting for an hour and a half waiting for someone to do their job. Getting on the phone with anyone is a chore and then once you do, they will do the bare minimum to get you off the line and rudely cut you off. I have been trying to get my medical records for months transferred over to my new hospital with no luck. When I was pregnant, it would take days for me to get a call back about a medical question. Scheduling is near impossible at a timely manner as well and there is no clear communication with providers as I was constantly given the run around.
