I find it very troubling that many prescribers or their practice have a policy of no stimulant medications if someone is not working a paid job or in school. First, this disproportionately affects me and other women, who will perform the majority of unpaid household work around the globe or gig work that is sporadic and not wages. I Love Dr Flechas. He truly listens, and is so understanding. I've never had this with any psychiatrist. He's a rare Gem in his field. Kaeli is a great therapist as well!! So happy to have found them

Update: Minus 1 star. I had an extremely disappointing experience today. Despite living 45 minutes away, I arrived 10 minutes late for my 3:30 PM appointment due to unavoidable traffic caused by a double-wide trailer being transported on a two-lane road. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the system would not allow her to proceed with my appointment because I was one minute past the grace period.
