Absolutely am taken back had spoken to a very kind and empathetic receptionist named Vanessa who anwsered all my questions for myself and my patient, I can't begin to express the gratitude I have for her taking my call and taking the time to awnser my questions. People honestly need to practice more kindness like this.
I am happy with my dr. (Dr Shah), but unfortunately it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment with her due to the front desk. There have been MANY times I am on hold for 15min+, or I will get hung up on while on hold. Other times there are billing issues I have to chase down and resolve. I would book online but that is not an option. Ya'll really need to hire more staff for the front desk. Clearly there are not enough staff to cover the call volume.
