Ruthless billing department didn't tell us bill due date and sent it to collections, which adds 33% charge on top of the bill. They sent it to collections less than 60 days after bill was issued. again NO DUE DATE ON BILL.
when I called the first time they just disconnected and then when I call again the rep was very rude in the Arlington Height office .. Looking to schedule an appointment for my wife..
Every single nurse and receptionist has an attitude in there … i have no idea whats their problem!!!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service from the receptionist I spoke with on 9/25. She was totally unprofessional and rude. I wish I had gotten her name! Honestly it was so bad, I won’t be scheduling any future appointments with WomanCare.
Dr Claudine Kasinak never posted my visit/test results on their portal and incorrectly billed my insurance. She did not submit the claim as an annual checkup. My insurance repeatedly requested a correction which she never corrected. Also, they don't answer the phone when I try to get my tests results and check on the correction of my bill.
