I had some good experiences with them prior to being pregnant but then I felt like I was told to go to labor and delivery when it was not warranted. I was 39 weeks and 3 days and measuring 4cm and the provider said I should go immediately to labor and delivery so of course I followed their direction and did that. I ended up being induced which is not what I wanted I just trusted the provider because they sent me to northwest community. I recently had an appointment with Madison Monk and she was very kind. She explained everything to me and took the time to make sure I understood everything. She makes you feel very comfortable and well taken care of!
