Dr. Prouty delivered my daughter just over 2 weeks ago. He was absolutely amazing! My epidural wore off right when I started pushing and he came in and found out because I could feel the saline he poured on me and how cold it was. We joked about it wearing off for a second and then he told me “you’ve got this momma” and he was so right! He kept me from tearing as well which I am very appreciative of! Dr. Prouty is the best. I made an appointment with him when I found out I was pregnant, as he was recommended to me. Before that appointment came around, I began to miscarry and ended up in the emergency room over the weekend. He took me in the following Monday, read the ultrasounds, and explained the "process" to my husband me with such compassion. I was devastated, but he was very comforting. Dr. Prouty is very friendly. He can sense any amount of nervousness and works hard to ensure you are comfortable with the exam. He is easy to talk to about any issues you are facing. Dr. Prouty makes sure you understand your plan of care before he leaves your bedside. I would 100% recommend Dr. Prouty!

He's a joke. Pretends to be all that. Likes to be chummy, isn't professional. Medical care isn't the greatest either. His office staff is the same. You can tell they're fakey. One pretends to be a nurse, but I found out she's only a medical assistant. Called to get into a different doctor, but was told he was booked up and I would have to see Pouty. I thought it would be okay if the doctor I wanted to go to had him in there! I was wrong.

Dr Prouty delivered my daughter 8 years ago and he was the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. His bedside manner was great, he made me very comfortable and I highly recommend him! I'm now pregnant with my third child I just discovered my pregnancy a couple days ago and I'm going to Dr prouty again! I'm very high risk and had many severe problems with my 2nd child I wasn't living in the area to be able to have Dr prouty this time he will be my provider!

He was wonderful! Answered all of my questions and concerns. Extremely professional, yet still comforting and warm. The only issue was the multiple delays in the waiting room. My appointment was scheduled at 2pm, however I was not taken back until 3:45pm. I would recommend Dr. Pouty to any of my friends- but do have a flexible schedule.
