An excellent midwife, a caring OBGYN, a very attentive and warm human-being: I cannot find anything negative about Claudia's practice. She listens, she spends about an hour with her patients for their annual check-ups. She is wonderful! Claudia was my midwife for my two children ('94 and '98). She is attentive, she is funny, she is gentle and her approach is always positive yet thought out. She truly cares for her patients, and that is a RARE thing these days!
Visits feel relaxed and I feel she is listening to my concerns/questions. I recommend her to everyone! She has a balance of natural/holistic recommendations and yet also is using the latest science which feels spot on for me.
My experience working with Claudia as my NP for the past three years has been consistently excellent. She not only is a consummate professional but she is compassionate and caring - AND importantly has a wry sense of humor. She has delivered my two daughters 25 and 23 years ago and I still go to see her annually. She's wonderful. And my daughters trust her to care for them as well.
I am extremely disappointed in Claudia. She attacked me today via email in an extremely unprofessional and demeaning way for canceling an appointment. Her approach to business and customer service is severely lacking. It’s clear that she doesn’t care about her customers and even stated in her email that her time was more important than mine and that, as a patient, I need a reminder of ‘the impact of my actions’ (the action of canceling my appointment).
