Receptionist was too busy on the phone to give my dgtr in law her undivided attention when scheduling her next appt that she missed the orders for further testing n had to call her 10 minutes later n give her all the info over the phone. Luckily she was not driving . VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL. Not friendly nor personable, in my opinion wrong person for the front desk of the office.
