The nurses here are genuinely kind and helpful. The doctors and especially the physicians assistant are completely ignorant to any concerns the patient has and will often dismiss them quickly with "it's your first pregnancy" or "who said pregnancy would be comfortable?" No matter how severe the concern, they won't so much as look into what you are telling them.
