Letty and Katy are wonderful professionals. I have known Letty since the late 90s while she was working at Great Clips at the Colonial Plaza Mall with Maria and Orlando. Back then I was going to any of them 3, and I was always pleased with a great hair cut! I was so happy to have found Letty after 20+ years! Thanks to Chat GPT! I had an amazing experience getting a keratin treatment here! LETTY was very welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. My hair is now incredibly smooth, shiny, and frizz-free—and it still feels healthy and light. I am so happy i came here to get my hair cut along with partial highlights. This is a small place but nicely laid out and there is a warmth by the people who work here and they make you feel wonderful . I loved the final cut and she understood what I asked for perfectly. This place was so easy to book appointments and they were always answering my calls and texted me the address. I'm definitely coming back!

The first time I got my haircut with Letty was with a GroupOn for about $30-$40. She told me: Next time, don’t buy the GroupOn and we can negotiate a price. So the second time I went to her, I was planning on negotiating a good price similar to what I paid the first time. Upon finishing my cut, she informed me that the cost would be $100- and that was before tip!! Honestly, her cuts are okay. She does the job, but neither time have I been incredibly happy.
