After over 15 years of trying different stylists to get my blonde hair to be ashy and not brassy, I finally found Letty. I had an amazing experience getting a keratin treatment here! LETTY was very welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. My hair is now incredibly smooth, shiny, and frizz-free—and it still feels healthy and light. Hi! Letty saved me from my recent disaster with my hair stylist. She had to remove the old extensions from my hair and She took care of me with patience and saved my hair! I’ll be using her from now on. I would highly recommend!!

I looked on Groupon for a hairstylist. I found a balayage style I wanted for $128. I called her and she said she would honor it, so I booked it. When I got there she said she couldn't honor it. Apparently it wasn't balayage it was something else. I researched bayalage, I should have left. But for $190 she would do it. After she washed me out, it absolutely was not what I asked for.
