The gym has minimal space, used cleaning tissues on the stair master and used, dirty tissues overflowing the bins. To get to machines you must squeeze between other machines that are in use and the gym is usually packed unless its 7 or 8pm. The gym also doesn’t seem to be 24 hours, I once turned up for a morning gym session to see no cars parked and when arriving to the door, it was locked. Ive been trying to cancel my membership its not a straight forward procedure. Ive been going on circles when my husband had a gym memerbiship for pure gym we had a straight forward option of cancel or freeze account. I cant seem to find anything which is straight forward ive had to cancel it via bank and I've also contacted and sent a email to the company who deals with ur payments. Unclean toilets and showers, very very small changing area which is a shame as the gym itself is very goof
