Ive been trying to cancel my membership its not a straight forward procedure. Ive been going on circles when my husband had a gym memerbiship for pure gym we had a straight forward option of cancel or freeze account. I cant seem to find anything which is straight forward ive had to cancel it via bank and I've also contacted and sent a email to the company who deals with ur payments. Ive been on a chat twice which states click on cancel membership then it freezes. Which it was simple to cancel the the membership just like it ... read more

Unclean toilets and showers, very very small changing area which is a shame as the gym itself is very goof

The pictures online look different to the gym itself. Just paid £10 to try the gym for one day. The gym is full, the machines are lacking and not even secure fully. There is are free weights but no space to do the free weights unless upstairs is empty. You finish on one machine and take a step back from it you can easily hit into someone else on another machine. This is a serious health hazard and not safe at all. To get to the stair master you have to squeeze past other people on other machines. The hand sanitizer is empty.... read more
