Terrible experience at this clinic. Went in for an IUD. Doctor Knudsen did the procedure and said there would be a little bleeding. Sure enough there was a little bleeding then a week later turned into heavy bleeding. I called the office and was told it was normal. The bleeding only got heavier 2 weeks later. Called again and the nurse said it was normal. I was getting dizzy and confused then went to a walk in clinic a week later where they had to remove the IUD. I saw her a few years ago but wanted to leave a review so others wouldn’t have the same experience. I came to her when suffering from severe menstrual pain that prohibited me from daily tasks, and received zero sympathy or help. She actually told me to “try running” and “take an ibuprofen”. Through tears I told her it was too painful to run but didn’t get any other help. I ended up learning shortly after from another Doctor in the ER I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. I highly recommend Dr. Knudsen and her staff. I have enjoyed Dr. Knudsen’s extensive knowledge, professionalism, kindness, care and concern for over twenty years. Dr. Knudsen’s commitment and follow-up combined with her talent and expertise gave me desperately needed confidence as she helped me navigate life-threatening health issues.
Absolutely love and trust Dr. Knudsen and all her staff. Woman to woman is an fantastic practice.
