I made my appointment through Groupon and showed up for my appointment. No one was at the salon and it was closed but I waited thinking that she had stepped out. I called and called with no answer. The last time I called she actually picked up and told me she had to leave early for a family emergency, and would rescheduled my appointment. I came back two days later for my second appointment and she was wonderful. This was my first Brazilian wax and she called and comforted me.
