Dr. Tran has taken really good care of me during pregnancy and she continues to take really good care of me postpartum as well. She inserted my IUD after I gave birth and I really had no problems with it at all. Just "pressure" as she was saying during the process. This office is pretty much connected to El Camino Mother and Baby Hospital. Dr. Tran helped deliver my baby girl here. Doctor Kirby was my doctor when I was pregnant with my second child in 2018. My first visit with her went very smoothly, she seem nice and professional. So, I continued having her as my doctor. I remembered my second visit. Doctor Kirby told me that she's going to test my vaginal to see if I have any bacteria and I agreed on the test. I've been seeing Dr. Tran for at least 5 years now and she's so professional, gentle, and caring. Her office is update, clean, and comfortable. Her staff is experience and friendly. I was reading some of the negative reviews and it's annoying me. I work in a doctor office too and dealt with some difficult patients so I understood how sometimes reviews are not true especially in healthcare sectors. I was referred to Dr Tran by my children's pediatrician as I was looking for recommendations for a new OBGYN for my last pregnancy. I was hesitant at first due to the reviews, but I had a pleasant experience at the MV location at every appointment I had. I have been to the SJ location, which is closer to home, but I prefer the MV location because the staff (Diana and Samantha) were always welcoming.
