Womack Performance Training was great! I'd previously seen two other physical therapists for a knee injury, but the pain always returned. Kyle was the first PT who helped me understand that the pain was actually caused by a lot of tension in my ankle, and he prescribed a lot of helpful exercises and stretches to improve my knee health. The pain has pretty much disappeared at this point.
I've been looking for a Kauai therapist for a long time who understands and works extensively with athletes, and I finally found one! Kyle does a lot of manual, hands-on work (crucial for athletic therapy IMO), and gets to the source of your issue. He treats the root problems, not just the symptoms. I've been suffering from paddling-related injuries for a long time, and I haven't been able to identify the root cause until I saw Kyle. Highly recommend!!!!
Dr. Kyle is the best!! He is very methodical, and has a variety of different tools and exercises to fix what's broken. He gives you only as much "homework" as you will actually do, which helps with the healing process. If you have any sort of body aches or pains, or mobility issues, you MUST see Womack Performance.
