This lab does not deserve such a low star rating. This morning, I received quick efficient excellent service.
I recently visited the hospital lab and found that there are some areas where the service could be significantly improved. Firstly, I experienced a very long wait time which seemed disproportionate to the service I was seeking - a simple urine sample submission. It seems the existing system with the green cards and the call numbers could use some optimization as the order appeared random, causing further delays.
