For anyone being referred to Patient Advocacy, there is no point. I spoke with them, the medical director at an outlying clinic, and the Chief of Family Medicine, Deputy Commander for Primary Care Services of Womack Medical Center. All I received was denial, deflection, and condescension. I was not abusive or violent, I was plain spoken and sincere. The staff here sucks , waited for over an hour and told the staff I had to change my babies diaper just in case they called . I came out after they called and continued to wait for another hour before I had to get an attitude with the staff . The staff told me we were next up and three or more people got called before us. The emergency room is not packed at all and I’ve been here when it’s packed and the wait is the same that’s ridiculous
