Very large, new, and very clean facility. They have numerous exercise equipment items! Many familiar machines and others I'd never seen before! I'd say this is the place for a comprehensive workout! So much better than other gyms in town. They also have saunas, changing areas, and lockers for your valuables. Plenty of parking. Secured entrance for members. I toured this place once and decided it's the one for me, so I'll start my membership here.
I Was Shocked At How Disrespect I Got Here. I Came In Back From Vacation And I Had To Order A New Card (A Fraudulent Charge) And Forgot To Update My Payment Information So The Payment Was Declined. I Spoke With The Kid At The Front Desk And He Started Disrespecting Me And Making Unnecessary Comments. He Was Pushy And Rude About Having To Pay A $25 Late Fee. Perfect gym! it would be just better if it was 24/7 again
Playing reggaeton in the gym should be illegal. But fr, I love my gym! The staff are all wonderful, the gym is VERY clean, and both the combat side as well as the weight room are really well equipped (the new chest supported row bench is amazing, in particular).
Visited the Wolves Den a few times during recent work travel to El Paso and it is FANTASTIC. The facility is spotless, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is top notch -- lots of great equipment I haven't seen elsewhere that I wish my home gym had! Highly recommend this place.
